About Us
April Cottage is a Residential Care Home situated in Selsey. It is near to the shops and the beach.
April Cottage has been owned by the present owners for nearly twenty years. Mrs Elaine Davitt is the registered manager and has been so for the last seventeen years.
Elaine has a Registered General Nurse and District Nursing qualification and a qualification in Terminal Care. Although not employed as a nurse at April Cottage her experience can be influential in caring for our Service Users. We try to make our service users lives as comfortable as possible and visitors to the home often remark about the friendly homely atmosphere. We have an open door policy which encourages visitors to come and if they want to stay and have a meal with their friend or relation.
